The objectives are 1) to strengthening infectious disease surveillance and outbreak response through mHealth technology, 2) to develop a mobile app for community based syndromic surveillance (CSSA) for improved surveillance of acute respiratory and acute gastrointestinal syndromes and 3) to identifying target countries that would most benefit from early implementation of SORMAS.
