As it is not permitted to bring suitcases or larger bags into the conference venue, a luggage container will be available for you to drop off in front of the entrance. All luggage larger than a small carry-on bag must be left outside the building. We therefore recommend that you leave larger pieces of luggage at the hotel.
There is are two hotel contingents for the period from 8 to 10 October 2023 at discounted rates. This is a limited number of rooms that you must book independently. If you book online via the hotel's website, the special conditions are unfortunately not valid. You will receive more information on this in the registration confirmation.
